Remove cobwebs, vacuum carpets and clean hard floors.
Bedrooms & Closets
Clean closet shelves and surfaces.
Clean doors, mirrors, baseboards and trim.
Clean window sills, switches and handles.
Remove dust and accessible cobwebs.
Vacuum and mop floors.
Bathrooms
Clean toilets, sinks, counters, tubs and showers.
Detail tile, grout, fixtures, shower glass and tracks.
Clean mirrors.
Clean cabinets and drawers inside and out.
Remove soap residue and mineral deposits where removal is possible.
Clean floors.
Kitchen
Clean counters, backsplash, sink and faucet.
Clean cabinets and drawers inside and out.
Clean oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher interiors and exteriors.
Degrease the stovetop, range hood and filters.
Move the stove and refrigerator to clean beneath and behind them where accessible and safely movable, as agreed.
Clean floors. Freezer interior cleaning is a paid add-on.
Laundry Room
Clean the laundry area and utility sink.
Clean behind appliances where accessible.
Clean floors.
Entryways & Additional Areas
Clean doors, baseboards and light fixtures.
Detail interior tracks and blinds in good condition.
Clean floors and remove trash.
Organize cabinets as agreed.
Optional paid add-ons
Sweeping and cleaning the garage floor, removing accessible cobwebs, and dusting accessible shelves
Sweeping and cleaning accessible patio or balcony floors, removing cobwebs, and wiping accessible railings and surfaces.

Before your cleaning
Blinds are cleaned only when they are in good condition. Broken or bent blinds are excluded.
Moving appliances and access beneath or behind them are agreed in advance and depend on safe access.
Mineral deposit removal depends on the surface and whether the deposit can be removed.
Cabinet interiors and organization are confirmed in the property checklist.
Carpets are vacuumed. Shampooing and extraction are not offered.
